The originals of the above documents are on file with the Oconee County, South Carolina, Register of Deeds. These documents were prepared for the use of residents and others and are good faith representations of the originals. In the event of any difference between these documents and those on file with the Register of Deeds, the Register of Deeds copies shall prevail, and Harbor Oaks Owners Association assumes no responsibility for the discrepancy.
